The LightHawk Mission
The goal of this project is to create a hybrid light weight glider with strength and durablity that can out perform other gliders. There is hope to set a new world’s record for:

First Test flight
July 31, 2002 -The LightHawk has flown. It has successfully flown the first flight test program at the El Mirage Dry Lake Bed in California. Read Mark Stucky's (test pilot) thoughts here.
